Which lines are free?

The arrival chapter, every replay, and any line you have heard before. A new install starts with 12 new lines; after that a new line uses one credit — or nothing with Seoul Pass.

I bought Seoul Pass on another device.

Seoul Pass follows your Apple Account: open the menu ▸ Seoul Pass ▸ Restore Purchases. Line credits stay on the device that bought them.

Does my progress move between devices?

Yes, through your iCloud. Start over (menu ▸ Settings) begins again on every device.
